Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently boundary-desktop deb and rpm packages are only available on the Release Site.

Describe the solution you'd like
As you already maintain apt and rpm package repositories, it would simplify the installation if you can make the boundary-desktop deb and rpm packages available in the repositories.

Hello @netsandbox, thank you for using boundary and for your interest in alternative installation methods. We are actively working on installers to improve the end-user experience of installing boundary and the desktop client.

@lisbet-alvarez just to make it clear

... for your interest in alternative installation methods.

I don't ask for a alternative installation method, I'm asking for support of the default OS installation method of using package repositories.

We are actively working on installers to improve the end-user experience ...

There is no work on installers needed for this, you just have to drop the UI packages that you push to your Release Site also in your existing package repositories.
