Git repo doesn't reflect what is on the website

The page https://www.haskell.org/ghc/download_ghc_7_10_2 has a section (Linux/Arm) which isn't in the version currently in the repo. I would like to update that section and send a pull request, but can't until the repo is updated.

@gbaz not to the extent that I should be; the trouble is that the download pages are statically generated and the template is in another repository (my ghc-utils repo). I'd like to keep the templates as the canonical sources for these pages so I've been rather ignoring this repository for the time being.

The solution here is to move the entire GHC homepage to a static site generator. I started this last summer but it isn't a very high priority and consequently have found little time to finish the project. Also, I seem to recall someone mentioning that there was work afoot on a new layout for the GHC website; unfortunately I can't find the thread.
