One of the most important features of telegram bot in a lang community. This has to be implemented, so users can easily search haskell packages without leaving telegram platform.

I think it is redundant. There is Hoogle, and migrating it to telegram loses the whole point.

The same goes for crates.io. Those who said so with my bot, have been using inline functionality of our bot actively. 😜 I'm gonna lower priority, so it will be free-to-do task. If you wanna realize it, you make it come true.
