Not running as expected in HAOS latest ver as at 2 June 2024

Problem/Motivation

Icon on left sidebar does not appear after install ( maybe its not meant to any more as there's no toggle button to ask it to appear in sidebar)
Clicking on web UI results in timeout - site can't be reached

Expected behavior

expect to be able to get to the web status & control page

Actual behavior

No icon on left sidebar & unable to get to web UI when button in FAH info page pressed.
Reboot doesn't help.

Steps to reproduce

Try installing it on latest vers of HAOS

Proposed changes

I suspect it stopped working after one of the recent HAOS releases.
Please check & debug
