Video attached. Recently noticed this annoying behaviour that randomly and frequently I get flickering dates on time (horizontal) axis for all of my charts that are time-based

Steps to reproduce
I did nothing except of keeping Home Assistant and Grafana in the newst available versions
Proposed changes
Please explain if I should change anything or fix this unwanted behavior

Same here (if Grafana add on is even starting, I get a plugin error which prevents it to load most of the times):
