Allow custom cyphers

Would it be possible to allow custom cyphers? This is very useful when copying or syncing lot of data over ssh.
Default cyphers are very slow for such operations.
For example, I use arcfour128 for system on internal network. aes128-cbc with proper setup in case its going over network I dont control.

I'm personally not planning on implementing this, but maybe someone else wants to do it.
