Enhance Invoice.send method to incorporate more email_params #12

The billomat API allows to specify more than just the recipient e-mail for sending invoices via e-mail. It would be great to enhance this method to:

allow sending to BCC and CC addresses
choose an e-mail template
specifying the "from" e-mail address (it is possible to have a different sender per invoice)
