Serves 2 (ish)
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1 cup Basmati rice
- Pour the water into a small saucepan, cover with a lid, and set on max heat on a stove
- Once it's boiling, pour in the rice and give it a quick stir
- Immediately turn down the heat to simmer and cover with the lid again
- Set a timer for 12 minutes, and check halfway to give it a stir
- After 12 minutes, give it a stir again and remove from heat - keep covered
- Wait a couple minutes, then its ready!
