Metacontroller vs Manual - provide guidance #4

We should provide a guidance when to use Metacontroller and when the Manual creation.

As the manual way actually looks simpler. However I am assuming the Metacontroller provides automatic maintanance, when the statefulset is scaled or pods are moved around. This should be clarified.
