Doesn't work with 2FA enabled

Thank you for these awesome scripts!

Just one thing I had to do is to disable 2FA. Would be nice if it will ask to enter OTP in case of HTTP 401 and an X-GitHub-OTP: required; :2fa-type header, more on this is here: https://developer.github.com/v3/auth/

Another two glitches I had are just cosmetic:

1. It asks to enter the JIRA project name while the code is expected;
2. It asks for GitHub project name while the repository name is expected.

Everything else is great!
