Task (Issues) for more than one person

I would like to have an option to assigne a task for more than one person so everyone can see it in the "my task" list. It would be a solution for me if i could assigne a task for an organization if a person could be in more than one organisation (as with many small company one infrastructure consultant can be a devops for smaller custom software projects.
