Plugin Catalog shows older versions of plugins after upgrade to HL v0.27

To Reproduce

1. Upgrade HL to v0.27
2. Open Settings/Plugins
3. Note the versions of the plugins
   

Versions for app-catalog, prometheus and plugin-catalog are outdated.

4. Check the installed version of the plugin-catalog
   

Here we clearly see the version for the plugin catalog 0.2.0

5. Clear HL cache
   Delete the cache folders from HL (C:\Users\matth\AppData\Roaming\Headlamp\Cache and C:\Users\matth\AppData\Roaming\Headlamp\Code Cache)
6. Restart HL, Open Settings/Plugins
   
   Now the versions are OK

Maybe HL should clear the cache on upgrades?
