Use the data in the files:
35_Matricula_inicial_por_grados_2011.xlsx
90_201311_USINIEH_Matricula_Inicial_2013_SEE_por_Grado.xlsx

I don't think there is teacher data in the files, so leave those columns blank in the final file and just populate the student data
