Describe the bug
The rating filter in the restaurant tab is not displaying restaurants that match the specified ratings.

To Reproduce

1. Navigate to the "Restaurant" tab in the application.
2. Apply a filter for restaurants with a specific rating (e.g., 4 stars and above).
3. Observe the list of displayed restaurants.

Expected behavior

When a user applies a rating filter, only restaurants that meet or exceed the selected rating should be displayed in the results.
For example, selecting a filter for "4 stars and above" should display restaurants rated 4.0, 4.5, and 5.0.
