Feature Request
When the user selects a language that matches the currently active language of the application, the system should display a message: 'This language is already selected.' Ensure that no language switch occurs in this scenario.

Solution
If the selected language matches the currently active language, display a non-intrusive message such as:
"This language is already selected."
