[UI idea] Integrate CodeMirror in Hedy

In order to solve #3823 we need to replace our current editor, which is Ace, for CodeMirror. At least for languages that don't use the Latin Alphabet.

This first issue pertains only the inclusion of the most basic capabilities of CodeMirror into Hedy. Furthermore we'd want to include syntax highlighting, markers, etc.
