it seems that the folder
https://github.com/heldersepu/GMapCatcher/tree/master/common/.GMapCatcher
contains material which is not open source.

Which kind of input was expected? Who is the author of the tiles and what is the license?

Sorry but at this point I'm not spending any time on this project...

OK. It is of course your decision how to invest your time.
I understand it as "You do not know what the license of the pictures is. They were copied from google maps and you are not really interested in wasting time with this. Others are invited to prepare a PR", correct?
Could you please reopen this ticket until it is fixed? Thank you and best regards, JS

Fair enough! ticket is back open for business

...and yes I have NO clue what the licenses of those pictures are, could be copied from Google, Yahoo, Bing, Other or a combinations of them.
