サーバをCloudRunに移行する #1

現在のAPIサーバはdaprを使用したマイクロサービスアーキテクチャでGKE上にデプロイされている。
しかし、GKEの維持コストは高くアクセスも少ないため効率が悪い。
そのため、APIサーバをCloudRunに移行しマイクロサービスはやめたい

ちなみに現在はAPIサーバを止めているため hello-slide.jp はただのハリボテになっている

account-managerを移行する #2
- データベースをdatastoreに変更する
- セッションベース認証の仕組みを見直す（現在はRedisのTTLを使用し有効期限を実現）
slide-managerを移行する #3
- スライド保存をcloud storage→datastoreに変更
token-managerを移行する #4
synchronous-controllerを移行する #5
- 現在はk8sで負荷分散するせいでRDBMSに一度データを保存していたがこの処理をなくす（アクセスは多くないためこれでOK）
