Every ISO build uses the latest version from https://github.com/ArtifexSoftware/urw-base35-fonts/releases.

The font hasn’t been updated for a long time, it’s time to replace the font, otherwise waiting for the font to be updated is not an option.

In addition, it displays the WIFI name in UTF-8-encoded eg [\xE7\x84\xA1\xE7\xB7\x9A\xE7\xB6\xB2\xE8\xB7\xAF] instead of UTF-8- decoded [無線網路 (Wireless Network)] is displayed.

Would TeX Gyre Heros work better?
TeX Gyre Heros is based on the URW Nimbus Sans L kindly released by URW++ Design and Development Inc.
