[OVERHAUL] Custom heatsinks!

This release adds custom heatsink support!
Also discord and github buttons.
And an option to batch-validate, simulate and collect stats for bzy-xyz's optimizer-generated reactors.

Custom heatsinks are added manually in your BetaConfig.json file. Head to the heatsink section and add a new one with your custom values. Textures must be 16x16 png, put them in a "Textures" folder next to the planner.
Batch validation is performed by launching the planner with "-batch" "%path/to/jsons/folder%" arguments. An "output" folder will be generated with the pngs and info exports..

Moderators no longer generate heat when freestanding (no adjacent cells, not in a line connecting cells)

[OVERHAUL] More small fixes

Fixed layers' position breaking when redrawing the window.
Made the update button a nice eye-gouging color so you never miss an update!
Made reflectors configurable.
Scale selector now works in increments of .5.
