can't access organizations from home screen

Describe the bug

When I log in, I see a clear screen without any content. To get to my organisations, I have to access the menu via my name. This is not clear to see for a new user.

Log in with existing organisation

We should probably just display the orgs on log in.

The condition for this should probably be the number of recently used wards right? If there are none currently, then the organizations should be displayed. Otherwise, the user already has a ward to look at
