chrome api 只支持 http basic authentication

测试结果看，浏览器发送到代理服务器的请求并没有携带 basic authentication 请求头？是不是和我浏览器有关呢，我浏览器版本102.0.5005.61（正式版本） （64 位）

没有测试环境，以前我测试是可以用的。 我处理了一下，你试试 d8fe751

这个我自己直接改了，好像不行，在github看见一个类似问题FelisCatus/SwitchyOmega#718
