[1.18-1.19.3] Passable Foliage Compat

When player tries to nearby respawn into leaves, minecraft chat says "You have no bed or spawn anchor" and respawn player into world spawn instead.

For my server I using that fix, just double-checking is player respawnpoint is not obstructed and that works great (150 deaths no wrong respawn). Maybe implement something like this in original mod? And please update for 1.18.2 :3
