It is common for applications to have a setting that will allow to "minimize to tray" meaning that when you minimize app's window it get's minimized not to the taskbar but rather to tray. This provide good mental model for applications that are more like "services with UI" - that is, which should be run for long time, but still have a UI. The reason for doing so is to "not allocate space on taskbar, but still provide a clue that application is running". The logic is that "it is either on taskbar (then it's window is visible) or in tray (then windows is not exists/minimized)". Common example of such behavior is Torrent clients.

Currently, simplewall always displays the tray icon along the taskbar icon, and there is no such setting. It would be nice to have that.
