DevToolsActivePort file doesn't exist ( Issue coming in Heroku)

Hello

When I am running the New Test Run in Heroku that uses following buildback

https://github.com/heroku/heroku-buildpack-google-chrome
https://github.com/heroku/heroku-buildpack-chromedriver
heroku/nodejs

I am getting the below error & Heroku has confirmed us that this Issue could be because of buildback

0-0] RUNNING in chrome - /features/test/test.feature
[0-0] 2023-12-08T04:35:21.060Z ERROR webdriver: Request failed with status 500 due to session not created: session not created: Chrome failed to start: exited normally.
[0-0] (session not created: DevToolsActivePort file doesn't exist)
[0-0] (The process started from chrome location /app/.apt/opt/google/chrome/chrome is no longer running, so ChromeDriver is assuming that Chrome has crashed.)
