No Domain's api related methods exist in class HerokuAPI.java

Hi all,

I could not find any method related to Domain apis like Domain create, Domain update, Domain delete, Domain info, Domain list etc (Reference: https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/platform-api-reference#domain) in the class HerokuAPI.java.

I can add all the above mentioned methods and can contribute it as an open source contribution if possible.
