No way to open

I've downloaded the zip but surprisingly, there's no .exe file or any way to open the actual velocity program itself. Any way I can fix this? Looked everywhere.

Opening issues on this repository will be a waste of time as this is no longer actively maintained. The last recorded activity was nine years ago. However, there are alternative hosts for builds, but since they are not official it is up to you to trust them. If you don't, you can always just compile from the source that is still hosted on this repository.
