python setup.py test fails because of new buildout2 dependency

Running the command "python setup.py test" fails because of new buildout2 dependency : manuel.

Adding it to the setup.py test_requirement works. Easy. But is it a good solution? Shouldn't we rely on buildout "test" requirements in some way? I don't know setuptools well enough to tell this.
