Description

Visiting a non-existent proposal url ex: http://localhost:8080/cosmos/proposal/765569u-namada-x-cosmos-airdropcjbvxs shows the skeleton loader indefinitely

when should it show some not found message.

This is also reproducible on pages rendered via these URL patterns
