Add a check that discovers unused and inconsistent versions in hiero-dependency-versions #99

  • A task that compares what is declared in hiero-dependency-versions to what is resolved in the global mainRuntimeClasspath
  • Versions of dependencies that are not (or no longer) used should be removed
  • Versions that are inconsistent because they are upgraded transitively should be adjusted to the version that is actually used
  • Should run as part of qualityCheck / qualityGate and fail on any issue
