"Cannot load StringPrep-0.7.0 bindings" problem

Installed via "Triatomic" starter to Heroku I get:

Cannot load StringPrep-0.7.0 bindings (using fallback). You may need to `npm install node-stringprep`

Including node-stringprep into package.json does not help.

Do you know what can cause this issue?

It's not a real issue -- that's an optional dependency that we don't need.

Right, that warning about string prep is a red herring -- it's a harmless
message generated by our node-xmpp dependency that we can't easily omit. I
should add a mention of that in the readme.

I'm not clear why you are seeing the connection offline issues. Without
revealing any secrets, can you post your envvar settings for the bot here?
