"waiting for players" Popup box during HUSNG annoying/useless #123

The "waiting for players" message that pops up during a HUSNG is annoying (have to close it every time) and doesn't really accomplish anything.

If anything, maybe have the Dealer say "waiting for players" in the dealer box.
