udev rules

In your instructions you say to look at the teensy udev rules. But that won't work on an ESP32. Have you worked out the difference or should I try to do that myself?

udev rules are added during platformio installation,

There is no special rule required for eps32. I had moved general instruction for micro-ROS to the wiki above. I should remove these confusions. Thank you.
