So I just uploaded this document and the term "Response to Simenon and Ellison" doesn't show up in the index

We investigated this, and it looks like there is no file under the Jekyll collection _terms, but the IIIF annotations do exist: https://github.com/tanyaclement/harvard1953/blob/gh-pages/_data/annotation_store/august-4-evening-part-three-canvas-1-carvel-collins.json#L73-L78
