There can be an optional config adjacent to each file specifying the number of expected version strings that should be updated. If the mismatch, raise an Exception. Said Exception should count of all of the version strings found in the file. If multiple files don't have the expected number of strings replaced, raise the same number of Exceptions with corresponding counts. Replacements should be done in parallel such that every file whose version strings are able to be successfully replaced are updated.
