Comments
As of now, the official position of the eHealth DEV COBHRA team is as follows (I refer to a mail of 20/01/2025, also available at https://be-ehealth-standards.atlassian.net/browse/ESI-1011 ) After consultation with the COBRHA team, the following has emerged: The awarding authorities are a regional/community authority. There is therefore sufficient information for the regions or communities to manage a URL themselves based on the identifier in COBRHA without the intervention of the eHealth platform. The proposal is as follows: The HCO number is formed in FHIR by
If these two elements are known, HCO numbers can be used in FHIR documents without the intervention of the eHealth Platform. We strongly advise against the use of URLs based on ehealth.fgov.be, because we play no role in the management of these URLs. |
@bdc-ehealth, ok thank you for the public confirmation. I copy what was proposed in #23 Since eHealth advices against the use of URL based on eHealth.fgov.be. https://www.vlaanderen.be/standards/fhir/Namingsystem/hco/VO FYI, all implementers should be able to add this organisation information whenever adding immunizations, allergys,... so we need this to be part of the eHealth IG NS/guidances. If no workgroups to discuss this issue are active, this request should be send by email to all involved. For now we can work with project documentation but when can this be added to the different IG's? Or to NIHDI's the data glossary? |
