Patient identifier slice - same url for pseudonymised or not pseudonymised?

Why is the slice for identifier the same, both for encrypted? At the end those are different identifiers.

@costateixeira This is described in the documentation (guidance.html). No they are not different identifiers. They are functionally equivalent, only their representation is different (pseudonymized vs not pseudonymized).
