Compare http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Lista_de_art%C3%ADculos_que_toda_Wikipedia_deber%C3%ADa_tener against the articles that we actually import.

I think it has to do with redirects and/or plurality. The titles of the articles don't match exactly.

(we do get the majority)
