There is an open source MTG simulator out there. Try Forge.

Not sure if it's of use to anyone else or not, but I wound up writing my own MTG Montecarlo simulator for decklist optimization. It's highly-specialized to my particular deck needs (combo, not necessarily combat-based) but if others are interested in poking at how I solved things, it's available here:
