Add Neofroged Support

Due to more and more mods going to Neofroged I'd wish Neofroged Support

All forge mods should be compatible with neoforge in 1.20.1. I'll be migrating to neoforge (dropping forge support) in 1.21 when Create does the same.

Can you add the Neofroged tag on modrinth because when creating modpacks the mod is not been shown if I use the Neofroged modlaoder @hlysine
