 and try to install phonegap MDS AppLaud 1.2 with the link 
http://svn.codespot.com/a/eclipselabs.org/mobile-web-development-with-phonegap/t
ags/r1.2/download

and the error is:

I had a same problem, you can fix it by Click on "Contact all update sites...." 
in Install window.
