When re-enabling an optional section, old answers aren't put back

If you answer an optional section ("Yes") and later decide to skip that section anyway ("No", maybe because you're awaiting info about what a better answer should be to one of the questions), and later flip back to "Yes" again, the answers in position 1-N are not copied back.

This isn't automatic for any flip-flopping on branches today, so solving that should also solve this.
