Export extra fields added to RDA DCS fully compatible template as part of the json

Probably difficult.

RDA DCS keys have a version hardcoded in its slug but nowhere else.

Maybe a table for rda dcs extension sets, with optional pointer from the key.

template <- manytomany -> named extension <- many-to-one: rda dcs key

Then, per template, also output question/section links from the extension(s) in the appropriate places in the export format.
