Describe the feature you'd like

Currently clicking / tapping an item title in the browser defaults to opening the original source (i.e. webpage). Seems you must click the expand icon to get to the local copy.

It would be nice to have it configurable so that the user could choose whether they want it to open the local copy or the original copy on the web.

I also noticed that in the mobile app (at least on iOS) there is no way to view the local copy? As with in the browser tapping the title of the item opens the original source (webpage), the [...] menu does not have an option for viewing the local copy, and there is no expand button on mobile?

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing Hoarder users

I'd argue that the default should be to open the local copy instead. That's often cleaner and more readable / desirable than the original version and hosting this stuff locally is one of the main points of Hoarder. Linking to the original webpage by default feels a bit counter to the purpose of Hoarder, but that's just my opinion. Objectively I think it makes sense to have that behaviour be configurable so the users can choose whether they want at local-first or web-first experience.

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

No way to change that behaviour AFAIK and impossible to open the local copy in the mobile app?

Have you searched for an existing open/closed issue?
