Add and manage Cloud aliases from UI

The request

I loved using the Cloud panel when it first came out, it was super easy and convenient. But I had to go back to using YAML for that because the UI method didn't support aliases, which I personally find important.

When you have dozens of devices exposed to voice assistants it becomes difficult to remember which particular voice command is required. And more importantly other household members aren't going to know how you named a certain light or device. Aliases allow you to cover all your bases in this regard.

Here is one way it could work UI-wise...

After you expose an entity to cloud, it would have the familiar "3 dots" menu in the top right of the card.

Clicking on it would open this dialog, where you can add aliases. This mockup was based off the new Helpers dialogs and is very straightforward. Type text, hit save, done.
