Describe the issue you are experiencing

This error occured after upgrade to 13.0.
Reboots didn't solve it.

What operating system image do you use?

rpi5-64 (Raspberry Pi 5 64-bit OS)

What version of Home Assistant Operating System is installed?

13.0

Did the problem occur after upgrading the Operating System?

Yes

Steps to reproduce the issue

Same error on my device. Update from 13.1->13.2 failed with same error response after reboot.
