Delay before revealing the intelli-hidden panel

While there's a setting for the delay before hiding the panel, there should be a similar millisecond field for the delay before revealing the hidden panel.

When the mouse is close to the bottom edge of the screen (or whatever side where the panel is), because there is no delay before revealing the panel, it is accidentally and undesirably shown.
