Describe the bug
“总是显示工具栏”：选项开启时，保存网页为mht，会有图标和文本遮挡mht中的正常内容，并且网页最后会出现很多超大图标

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

在Tampermonkey里将搜索酱 1.7.78重置为出厂状态
打开https://search.hoothin.com/config/，常规设置，开启“总是显示工具栏”
任意打开一个网页，保存为mht格式
打开保存的mht网页，会有文字和图标遮挡住正常的网页内容，并且网页最后会出现很多超大图标

Expected behavior
保存的mht中没有多余的文字和图标遮挡住正常的网页内容
