Infinite Self Proxying Loop #7

I'm having an issue where if an HTTP request is sent to this proxy to it's own IP address or to localhost it goes into an infinite proxy loop.

I've tried to update the proxy.js to abort the request if it is to itself but to no avail. Any help here would be appreciated.
