tasks status update and assign workflow discussion

Currently, we can lock and unlock tasks from both project details page and mapper's page. This creates confusion on who can do what. Here we can discuss and finalise what should be the expected behavior.
Since our end goal is to reduce/eliminate tasks status update from project page for mapper but we still need to provide access to super admin to lock or unlock task.
while brainstroming I have come up with few points listed below:

1. If project manager assign a task to a mapper, the status will be updated to lock for mapping.
2. When a mapper lock tasks from mapper frontend, update tasks status to locked for mapping.
3. Super admin should be able to unlock tasks mapped by mapper as well as unassign them from the task.
4. Super admin should be able to reset tasks back to ready for mapping mapped from mapped status from project details page
5. When a mapper locks the tasks for mapping from mapper's page, other mapper shouldn't be able to unlock that task.
6. When mapper sets the task status to mapped, should they be able to reset those task?
7. Tasks which is in mapped state, should there be any step ahead to mapping on mapper's page??
8. Mapper shouldn't be able to assign another mapper or themselves from project details page.
